Any additional services outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
2. Payment Terms

- The balance payment must be cleared upon project completion or website launch.
- For monthly services, payment must be made at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
3. Project Timeline
- Project timelines depend on the scope and client responsiveness.
- Delays in providing content, product details, images, or approvals may extend the completion
date.
- Wisemen Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or hosting
providers.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate content, product details, pricing, and images.
- Ensure they have legal rights to use the content and images provided.
- Approve designs and updates in a timely manner.
5. Revisions Policy
- Minor revisions are included within the project scope.
- Major changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
6. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
- SEO results depend on competition, industry, and search engine algorithms.
- Wisemen Marketing does not guarantee specific rankings or instant results.
- Marketing performance may vary based on market conditions and customer behavior.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Full ownership of the website and project materials will be transferred to the client after
full payment.
- Wisemen Marketing reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless
otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled by the client midway, charges will apply for completed work.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wisemen Marketing shall not be liable for:
- Business losses or revenue loss
- Website downtime caused by hosting/server providers
- Third-party software/plugin issues
10. Confidentiality
All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared
with third parties without consent.
11. Amendments
Wisemen Marketing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions
at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
